As a Key Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing key client relationships for major energy projects across the South Lanarkshire area. Your primary objective? Ensuring our respected clients are not just satisfied but delighted with our services every step of the way.
The position will be based in South Lanarkshire with the opportunity for flexible and hybrid work models. Travel will be required on a regular basis to other operating locations as specified by the Company to support resourcing activities.

Key Responsibilities:
* Involved with key clients at all stages of project development, from contract award to design and delivery.
* Developing new project commercials and seeking further opportunities with clients.
* Support the Head of Customer Experience in account managing our existing key customers in these regions.
* Manage client communications and work closely with our engineering and operations team for seamless contract delivery.
* Responsible for managing and measuring client satisfaction and building strong relationships across various client stakeholder levels.
Minimum Requirements:
* Proven experience in key account management or a related field, preferably within the energy sector.
* Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-centric approach, dedicated to delivering exceptional service at every touchpoint.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients and colleagues alike.
* Experience within the energy or construction sector would be desirable.
* Experience working with local authorities or schools.
* A self-starter with a drive for results, capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities with ease.
