Payroll Administrator (12 Month FTC)
Part Time (30 hours: Monday-Friday)
Onsite for the first month, then hybrid 2 days on site and 3 days WFH.
We are recruiting for an experienced Payroll Administrator for a 12-month fixed-term contract. This role is pivotal in ensuring the accurate and timely processing of employee pay details within the ADP payroll system.
Responsibilities: Payroll Administrator
* Input payroll data into the ADP system accurately, including salary amendments, changes to working hours, overtime, bonuses etc.
* Collate, review and process employee timesheets and attendance records directly in ADP.
* Ensure all payroll transactions comply with applicable regulations and company policies.
* Maintain up-to-date payroll records and ensure proper documentation of all processes.
* Respond to employee queries related to payroll and resolve issues in a timely manner.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders and ADP specialists to resolve system errors or issues flagged during payroll runs.
* Assist with payroll audits and reconciliations whenever required.
Qualifications & Skills: Payroll Administrator
Previous experience in a Payroll administration role.
Proficiency with ADP payroll systems and a solid understanding of payroll processes and statutory requirements, preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Office 365, particularly Excel.
Ability to accurately process large volumes of data in a timely manner.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to handle and process sensitive employee data confidentially.
Experience working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
