Job Title: Lead Electrician
Location: Stevenage, Hertfordshire
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 8am - 5pm
Salary: £50,000 + LVAP training

About the Role:
I am seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Electrician to join my client's team, to be based at a site in Stevenage. In this role, you will primarily oversee maintenance tasks across this large critical complex of buildings. You will spend a mixture of your day focusing on leadership & seniority duties, with the flexibility in performing hands-on PPM (Planned Preventative Maintenance) and reactive maintenance tasks on M&E & building systems.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead and manage the day-to-day activities within the engineering team and contractors, ensuring all tasks are completed to a high standard.
* Perform your delegated PPM and reactive maintenance tasks when required, ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
* Monitor and track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to ensure service delivery meets or exceeds contract requirements.
* Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are consistently met, taking proactive measures to address any issues.
* Manage and enforce RAMs (Risk Assessment Method Statements) and ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations.
* Conduct regular audits to ensure maintenance tasks are performed to the highest standards and within compliance guidelines.

Requirements:
* SC clearance
* Proven experience in a similar M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) maintenance leadership role.
* City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 or Equivalent in Electrical discipline.
* Knowledge of PPM, reactive maintenance, and M&E systems.
* Excellent leadership and communication skills.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
