Job Description
* Liaise with external auditors, managing the audit process to ensure completion within the required deadlines.
* Lead and manage the accounting, transaction, and payroll teams.
* Oversee tax compliance, including VAT, corporation tax, and PAYE returns.
* Take overall responsibility for the accuracy, consistency, and timely submission of month-end management accounts.
* Own and review balance sheet reconciliations, identifying risks and opportunities and making recommendations.
* Prepare statutory accounts and assist in reporting to lenders/shareholders.
* Manage end-to-end transaction processes, including debtors, creditors, and banking.

* Strong leadership and people management skills to motivate, coach, and drive performance across various levels in the team.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to convey financial information effectively to diverse stakeholders.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple requests simultaneously.
* Qualified Accountant.
