RSW are seeking a dynamic and experienced Branch Manager to oversee our Branch in Bridgend. The successful candidate will lead a team, drive business growth, and ensure excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day branch operations, including sales, customer service, and staff performance
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve branch targets and objectives
- Recruit, train, and supervise branch staff to ensure high performance levels
- Monitor financial performance and prepare regular reports for senior management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and key stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Implement effective cost control measures to maximise profitability
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a managerial role within the Recruitment Field
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
