We specialise in delivering high-impact advertising campaigns across OOH, TV, Radio, and digital channels, helping brands grow through strategic media planning and buying with over 50% of our billings coming from international clients.
The Role
We’re looking for a Sales & Client Services Director with at least 10 years of OOH experience, ideally from an agency, to join our fast-paced Growth Team. You’ll take full ownership and leadership of this team to optimise inbound and outbound effective pipeline management, media planning, media buying, business performance, staff development, key account relationships, drive growth, retention and so on. As a Director, you will also engage in outbound conversations built by you to acquire new business.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, hands-on high-energy environment, is eager to learn about all forms of media, and can independently manage this team while simultaneously growing the business and acquiring new clients.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage our Growth Team (5 staff) on all aspects from staff development to processes and incentives.
* Manage sales pipeline and business KPIs.
* Plan and buy media across OOH, TV, Radio, and other channels.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
* Oversee campaign execution and ensure seamless project management.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality results.

* Strong knowledge of the OOH industry.
* Excellent organization and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
* Strong computer skills—you’ll need to navigate multiple platforms with ease.
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently, manage priorities, and meet deadlines.
* Familiarity with project management tools is desirable.

Salary & Benefits
Salary: Up to £90,000 base + uncapped commissions (£10,000–£100,000 potential, avg. £15,000 first year)
