To enable us to achieve our exciting plans, we are seeking a Deputy Head of Adult Community Learning, who will be responsible for leading the vision and direction of the Community Learning service within appropriate regulated arrangements to drive standards towards Outstanding. About you You will have experience of offering innovative learning opportunities to adults and young people, along with experience of planning and implementing vocational learning activities ideally in a similar setting. You will have proven success within community settings working with SEN young people and adults. With strong commercial nous, networking and leadership skills, you will support the Director of Learning in establishing a successful provision with increased engagement, income and recognition with outstanding learning outcomes for young people and adults.
