Salary: £32,000 bonus Location: On-site in Newcastle City Centre (parking available) Hybrid Working: This role is office-based 5 days a week Working Hours: Monday – Friday, with flexibility around core hours THE ROLE As the Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company’s marketing strategy forward. Working closely with a team of 4 financial advisors and 8 support staff, you will be responsible for executing campaigns that engage clients, attract new business, and foster long-term relationships. Your responsibilities will include planning and executing marketing-led events, webinars, and workshops to generate leads and build client loyalty.In addition, you will oversee relationship marketing, with a strong emphasis on client referrals, and support new business development through targeted outreach and networking. You’ll be monitoring campaign performance and using data insights to refine and optimise strategies for maximum impact.
