We are looking to recruit a Payroll Specialist to manage a diverse portfolio of clients and take overall responsibility in ensuring all payroll matters are handled with great care and in full compliance with all aspects of legislation whilst maintaining a positive relationship with each payroll stakeholder. Location is flexible for this role, but candidates should be within commuting distance of our Aberdeen, Glasgow, Edinburgh or Elgin office. The Payroll Specialist/Senior Payroll Specialist will be responsible for (but not limited to): Experience of end-to-end payroll processing, including complex payroll processes and legislation Working knowledge of the current payroll and taxation legislation Experience of auto enrolment administration including re-enrolment Excel skills and a solid experience in data analysis Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines whilst maintaining a high degree of accuracy Excellent communication skills (internal and external) Experience in managing client expectations and resolving any issues raised About You: A leader of your work and your professional learning Excellent communication skills with the ability to positively impact and influence others Previous experience of working with IRIS Payroll Professional/PayCircle payroll software would be advantageous although not essential.
