Honda Racing Corporation, broadly known as HRC is a racing arm of Honda Motor Co., Ltd. HRC
UK has been established in 2024 as a European base for its F1 activities.
The purpose of this role is to coordinate and arrange Flight, Hotel and Ground Transportations for
the Race Team traveling for Track Test and Race events, creating a schedule to maximize team
members’ performance whilst budgeting to keep the cost in a sensible range.
Responsibilities include:
• Creating, updating and distributing a 3-month plan “Race/Test Activity” document to inform and
confirm the attendees travel schedule with themselves and Management teams.
• Booking Flights, Hotel and Ground Transportations for Race and Test Attendees accordingly to
the “Race/Test Activity”
• Creating, updating and distributing Itinerary for each Race and Test event.
• Managing VISA /Entry applications for any country required.
• Managing Race Team uniform distribution as and when new uniforms are prepared and
collecting them when they are outdated or at the end of the season.
• Completing the above tasks in conjunction with necessary colleagues. Some tasks may be shared
or delegated at the Managers decision.
• In addition, as part of the Business Administration Department, coordinating administrative
activity in order to meet deadlines and in accordance with Company policies and procedures.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
• Solid administration experience
• An adept communicator, able to negotiate both internally and externally
• Excellent IT skills e.g. email, Excel & PowerPoint
• Must have a flexible & positive attitude
• A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
• Must possess multi-tasking, self-management, prioritisation, organisation & strong planning
skills
• Must demonstrate strong attention to detail
• Competence and licence to drive in the UK
Industry Experience
• Proven track record in motorsports or similar environments.
• Strong knowledge of F1 history or ability to learn and quickly apply F1 knowledge.
Language skills
• Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential, and a working knowledge of other
European languages is an advantage.

The role may involve travel both in the UK and overseas.
