Main duties of the job Perform advanced physiotherapeutic assessment of patients with diverse presentations and complex physical and psychological conditions, to provide a diagnosis and develop and deliver an individualised treatment programme. Communicate with relevant medical and nursing staff, social workers, and other health care professionals, and patients relatives and carers who may be in direct contact with the post holder with regard to patient care in order to facilitate a team approach to patient care.
