Business and Administration Apprentice

In partnership with our training provider - Lifetime Training - the programme offers you a chance to study for a Business and Administration SCQF Level 6 nationally recognised qualification, all whilst gaining practical work experience.

What will you do?
You will be working at the Heathfield Office. As part of your job role, you will be asked to complete tasks such as reception duties, answering telephone, issuing keys to contractors, assisting the management team with admin duties, invoicing residents and communicating with our students while in residences. All of this will be supported by the team around you, ensuring you are getting the best out of your apprenticeship!
What skills and abilities do I need to have?
We look for candidates who live and breathe our values; Ambition, Inclusion, Integrity, Quality and Sustainability - and have a willingness to learn, enthusiasm and dedication.
On top of this, practical skills we are looking for are.
* A minimum of 2 GCSEs at grade C or above (grades 4 – 9) or equivalent in Maths and English
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook)
* A friendly approachable Manner
* Excellent communication skills
