Locate a Locum has created an end:end workforce management software solution for the healthcare industry. We currently work with some of the biggest names in Pharmacy and Optometry including Boots and Specsavers.
As we continue to expand our market presence, we're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team.
Responsibilities:
1. Identifying the highest priority target accounts in the new marketplace
2. Identifying key decision makers via researching accounts and then generating interest using specific value messaging
3. Qualifying, pursuing and closing new business sales opportunities
4. Developing and executing sales strategies in order to achieve sales targets
5. Demonstrating and clearly differentiating the product by focusing on our clear and compelling value proposition
6. Driving new product sales and delivering against revenue targets
7. Working with the marketing team to further drive lead generation and awareness
8. Collaborating with technical and executive team members in complex sales scenarios
9. Developing client proposals that effectively communicate our ROI
10. Documenting plans, activities and opportunities accurately in the CRM system
Job Requirements:
1. At least 5 years experience of selling business or enterprise software and generating new business
2. Ability to act as a ‘hunter’ with proof of new business results delivered to date
3. Experience of complex selling, not merely transactional
4. Proven experience of effective qualification skills
5. Ability to prioritise potential customers within a large and complex market
6. A ’natural’ in developing relationships and learning more through professional questioning
7. Able to research, create and then effectively deliver a personalised value proposition to each prospect
8. Willingness to prospect and driven to overachieve targets and objectives
9. Highly computer literate
10. Excellent presentation and communication skills, verbal and written
11. Ability to work as part of a team & individually
12. Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
13. Experience of working within Healthcare or HRM
14. A working knowledge of selling complex and/or SaaS solutions
