With dedicated instructors accredited for various industry-required courses, the academy provides a range of courses at their Barry and Blackwood sites, as well as customer sites across the UK. They also offer fully funded courses and are the first training provider in Wales to launch Groundworks & Plant Operations apprenticeships.
Role Description
This is a fulltime on-site role for an Office Manager at The Construction Hub Academy in Barry. The Office Manager will be responsible for communication, administrative assistance, managing office equipment, providing customer service, and overseeing office administration tasks on a day-to-day basis.
Qualifications
* Communication and Customer Service skills
* Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
* Familiarity with Office Equipment operation
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
* Knowledge of basic accounting principles is a plus
