In this exciting and varied role, you will support our network of franchisees by creating and issuing franchisee and agent contracts. You will proactively support the sale and advertising of UK franchise territories by working on recruitment campaigns, assessing match of applicants on the telephone alongside helping to onboard new franchisees, while ensuring a supportive and smooth candidate experience.
Our French Speaking Franchise Recruitment Coordinator will:
1. Administer contract renewals for our franchisees and agents
2. Maintain and update franchise agreements and other legal documents
3. Advertise franchise businesses for sale across a variety of platforms
4. Produce accurate and timely reporting and analysis of our media campaigns
5. Use their strong communication skills to identify candidates with match at first telephone call
6. Support the team to guide new franchisees through the onboarding process ensuring deadlines are met
7. Liaise with suppliers to ensure deadlines and budgets are adhered to
8. Assist in the valuation of franchise businesses
Our French Speaking Franchise Recruitment Coordinator will have:
1. Previous administrative experience
2. Excellent written and spoken communication with a calm, composed manner
3. Native level French and English - verbal and written
4. Good level of numeracy and analytical skills
5. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
6. Good planning and organisational skills
7. Confident IT skills particularly Excel
