Due to increased project wins in NI, ROI and Scotland, our client, a top tier electrical contracting specialist, has a new requirement for an Electrical Project Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. Reporting to the Senior Management tea,, this role will play a fundamental role in ensuring the successful development, execution, and completion of projects within the designated timeframe. Your responsibilities will encompass overseeing site coordination and operations to attain key project milestones and ensure the overall success of each project. Responsibilities: Assume overall responsibility for budgets, schedules, quality, and health and safety on projects. Effectively manage multiple projects as required. Provide excellent communication with clients and key project stakeholders. Evaluate tender submissions, prepare valuations, and provide detailed reports. Ensure sufficient resources on projects, keeping in line with budget. Skills and Requirements: Essential third-level qualification in Electrical Building Services/Electrical Engineering. Advantageous background in the electrical trade. Beneficial experience in the delivery of large scale commercial projects. A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role is essential. Vital ability to lead and mentor a cross-functional team. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office is required. Excellent organizational and planning skills. Exceptional communication skills and the ability to thrive in a team environment. Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships. Capability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced team environment. Travel to ROI and Scotland will be required and project dependent Salary - £45k - £60k depending on experience.
