With a growing presence in the life sciences sector, the business plays a central role in helping the pharmaceutical industry address compliance with FDA and EU GMP requirements and regulation. The company provides market-leading software which improves process control and process automation optimisation in all manufacturing and processing areas as well as validation, packaging and data acquisition.
As part of the continued growth, the client is expanding and looking for a dynamic Life Sciences Sales Manager to further drive their presence in the UK market. As Life Sciences Sales Manager, you will report to the Sales Director and play a key role in expanding their footprint within the pharmaceutical and life sciences industries. You will manage the entire sales cycle, from initial engagement with end users to working with system integrators and technology partners to implement high value industrial automation solutions.
Responsibilities:
1. Deliver UK Life Science sector new business sales goals as part of the business’ strategic growth plan
2. Deliver against sales revenue and margin KPIs from both new & existing client accounts
3. Develop prioritised tactical sales plans for both direct and partner system integrator sales channels
4. Increase current customer sales revenues by maximising established reputation and competitive advantage
5. Systematically explore and develop new market opportunities in prioritised market segments
6. Quickly build confidence and maintain trust with technical colleagues and customers alike
