Role and Responsibilities: • Oversee the daily operations of the care home, ensuring the highest standards of care are maintained. • Lead and manage a team of dedicated caregivers, providing guidance, support, and training as needed. • Develop and implement individualized care plans for residents, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and professionalism. • Maintain compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including CQC requirements. • Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere within the care home, promoting a sense of community and belonging. • Work closely with families and healthcare professionals to ensure the best outcomes for residents. • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the quality of care and services provided.
