What You’ll Do This role will be required to provide comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to our International Leadership Team plus senior leaders across M&S to ensure coordination of work to achieve objectives. Provide effective administrative support including diary management, room bookings, holidays, rotas, MyHR administration, Purchase Orders and expense claims to up to four members of the International Leadership Team. Manage complex diaries for both internal and external meetings/appointments/events. The ability to work across multiple time zones is a must. Support with travel bookings for up to four members of the International Leadership Team - including flights, hotels, visas, taxis etc., cross-functional team meetings – as well as wider department meetings – including drafting agendas, taking minutes, collating and distributing papers and presentations and following up on actions to ensure they are completed within agreed timeframes Supporting with preparation of monthly reports, papers & presentations as required Ensuring papers and agendas for internal and external meetings are collated in good time and helping to manage expectations on when work is required, and when feedback is needed, to support the International Leadership Team to effectively manage their time and priorities Who You Are Experience in a senior support role in a large fast-paced organisation and excellent communication and influencing skills is a requirement Strong project management skills with excellent attention to detail & a high level of confidentiality Strong partner management skills and ability to maintain good working relationships with key internal colleagues and departments and always represent the team and the overall function with professionalism. Act as a first point of contact for the leadership team, to internal and external personnel, representing him/her as appropriate Proactive & positive approach, and a willingness to learn about new process and requirements when booking international travel Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Teams, Word, Excel and PowerPoint Everyone's Welcome We are ambitious about the future of retail.
