Job Description
The Job Mission
As a Resourcing Coordinator (RC), you will support the delivery of approximately 650 resources into the Commissioning Programme (CP). Working closely with the CP Capability Lead (CL), you will play a pivotal role in coordinating resourcing strategies, ensuring resources are fully trained and in place at the appropriate time. This role requires adherence to NNB processes and procedures, with an emphasis on compliance, confidentiality, and proactive support across all resourcing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordinate resourcing activities aligned with the Resourcing Plan, focusing on recruitment and onboarding for the Commissioning Programme.
2. Support stakeholders in navigating recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure best practice, compliance, and timely mobilisation.
3. Provide guidance on bulk recruitment strategy and execution in line with project timelines and needs.
4. Maintain and support resource pipelines, including frameworks for EDF UK, Generation, Shareholder Partners, and Graduate & Apprenticeship programmes.
5. Represent the CP at recruitment working groups, effectively sharing data and insights.
6. Keep accurate records of the resource plan, communicating changes to stakeholders such as CL, HR, and Hiring Managers.
7. Develop PowerBI status reports for recruitment and onboarding to inform management of progress and escalate issues as needed.
8. Contribute to process improvements for recruitment and onboarding, supporting initiatives like security vetting, diversity, outreach, and site mobilisation.
Contextual Information
This role requires strong organisational, stakeholder and coordination skills and will require high levels of:
* Confidentiality when dealing with sensitive information.
* Compliance with health, safety, environment, and other statutory requirements relevant to this role.
* Ability to work independently and be proactive.
* Ability to communicate effectively with various levels of the organisation and externally.
Day-to-day contacts shall include Managers, Peers and Alliance Framework Representatives. Close liaison with Commissioning / Hiring Managers, Team Leads, Security Team, HRBP, Contingent Worker, Commercial, Resourcing Hub and Team Leads, outside of Capability Team will also be required.
Principal Accountabilities
1. Coordination of resourcing activities in line with the Resourcing Plan, with particular focus on the recruitment and onboarding of resources into the Commissioning Programme.
2. Support stakeholders in navigating through the recruitment and onboarding processes.
3. Providing guidance on best-practice relating to bulk/high volume recruitment.
4. Working closely with the Capability Lead (CL) to develop and maintain various resource pipelines.
5. Represent (as agreed with the CL) the CP at working groups related to recruitment of personnel.
6. Maintain accurate records relating to resource plan.
7. Development of accurate status reports (PowerBI) specific to the recruitment and onboarding of personnel.
8. Using experience and knowledge contribute to overall improve the NNB recruitment and onboarding process.
9. Supporting with additional Capability activities, such as security vetting, diversity and inclusion initiatives, outreach programmes, outage management, mobilisation to site.
Qualifications
Knowledge & Skills:
Minimum level 3 qualification or equivalent in HR or related subject.
Strong organisational skills with flexibility and proactivity.
Experience in high-volume recruitment, particularly skilled worker/Technician roles, including strategy and process development.
Ability to drive process improvements, support stakeholders, and demonstrate best practice.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging at all organisational levels.
High level of discretion and confidentiality when handling sensitive information.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage tasks through to completion.
