Must have previous scheduling experience
The post holder will assume responsibility for completing all jobs assigned to them by the company. Work tasks can include but are not limited to, scheduling electrical testing appointments with residents and property managers, queuing and distribution of letters and updating company workflow system and client portals.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and send approved communication to residents informing them of our visit.
2. Arranging/scheduling electrical testing appointments for electrical engineers with residents and property managers.
3. Updating company job management system.
4. Uploading asbestos reports to job management system from client portals.
5. Queuing and distribution of appointment confirmation letters and SMS.
6. Handle cancellations and reschedule appointments to ensure electrical engineers are working.
7. Prepare No Access evidence packs.
8. Making and receiving calls.
9. Arranging parking for electricians where necessary
10. Liaising with client regarding wrong contact details for residents and 'no access' residents
11. Dealing with complaints
12. Any ad-hoc duties as reasonably instructed by your line manager or company directors.
