A leading innovator in UV technology is seeking a Customer Support Administrator to join its team in Slough. This role involves order processing, logistics coordination, and customer communication to ensure seamless operations and excellent service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Process customer orders and manage shipping paperwork
* Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to meet quality and safety standards
* Liaise with production and dispatch teams to ensure on-time deliveries
* Identify opportunities to improve shipping schedules and efficiency
* Assist in the warehouse with picking and packing when needed

* Experience in a logistics or warehousing environment
* Ability to handle challenges and problem-solve under pressure
* Strong communication and organizational skills
* A structured, process-driven mindset with a creative approach when needed
