HGV opportunities available for FLT and Lead FLT Hi Team, We’re delighted to open applications for warehouse squad members to apply for their HGV licence as part of our move to two buildings on the Blyth site (Rudie’s Kitchen and Ace’s Pantry). This is an essential part of our growth plans and how we transport goods around the site. As there is a short drive on the public highway between the two buildings, formal HGV licences are required. If you are successful in your application you will be required, on a rotational basis, to drive the Shunter as a variation to your current duties of FLT and Lead FLT. Giving you more diversity in your role and the opportunity to extend your MHE experience. We need 3 HGV trained drivers per shift to allow coverage for holidays and other leave and would love to hear from you if this sounds up your street Your Team Leader / Warehouse Manager will give a brief on your next working shift and will be available to answer any questions you may have. Please feel free to reach out to them in the meantime. How do I apply? Your manager will be asked to complete a form on Greenhouse (our recruitment system) to support your application. You’ll be invited to an informal chat with Jordan Maguire and Matthew Newsome. Already have a HGV licence? Apply as detailed above, with a note that you hold an HGV licence and the expiry date. If you are successful you will be required to attend off site training and complete a medical questionnaire. You’ll also need a valid UK driving licence. We’ll be there to support you through each step and answer any questions you have along the way.
