Our success is through Our People Working in partnership with the Deputy Principal and in collaboration with the wider curriculum management team, you will lead on GCSE, ESOL and Functional Skills delivery for Study Programme learners, adults and apprentices playing a pivotal role in driving growth strategies in these areas, including their development, innovation and rigorous quality improvement processes. Your passion and enthusiasm will be underpinned by the experience, skills and understanding you bring including: A track record of strategic leadership of maths and English as a manager or as part of your development towards a next step into management Experience and success in motivating colleagues to raise attainment Innovation to deliver improvements in teaching and learning Excellent understanding of Curriculum Intent and achieving high standards of teaching and learning It is essential that you have a PGCE or equivalent, a degree and relevant teaching experience, along with a CPD portfolio to evidence your up-to-date knowledge and skills.
