Job Summary Serves as the property Manager on Duty and oversees all property operations during the overnight shift. Ensures that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided during the overnight shift. Represents property management in resolving any guest or property related situation. Improves service offering from all departments by communicating and assisting individuals to understand guest needs, providing guidance, feedback, and individual coaching when needed. Develops specific goals and plans to prioritize, organize, and accomplish their work Assists Front Office Manager in all areas to ensure a correct and smoothly-operating department What we are looking for An individual with strong interpersonal skills and good people management ability Being innovative, pro-active and reliable, able to work alone and within a team Sufficient experience in a similar position and strong Front Office / Managerial experience An ambassador who must have a passion for hospitality, being a role model as a leader and having a drive for sales Education and Experience • High school diploma or GED; 4 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area. OR • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; 2 years experience in the guest services, front desk, housekeeping, or related professional area.
