Job Description:
Stock and Triage Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the triage of non-conformances, answering them within the permissible process, or assigning them to Production, Modules, or Design.
2. Responsible for ensuring non-conformance reports are answered within deadlines, liaising with other areas to ensure answers are provided.
3. Responsible for adding unplanned routing operations into work orders (e.g., rework, scrap), and championing work order protocols to be followed.
Root Cause Analysis Responsibilities:
1. Ensuring the quality of the data in the NCR meets required standards for triaging and root cause analysis purposes.
2. Effective problem-solving, ensuring 8D protocols are followed (e.g., 5 Why diagrams).
3. Attend Operations/Production OPM meetings, reporting on Quality trends from non-conformance data.
4. On-hand support for operators and technicians on how to follow problem-solving techniques, supporting the reduction of NCR rates based in shopfloor areas (rather than product areas).

Qualifications:
1. An Apprenticeship, degree, or equivalent, preferably in an engineering or quality subject.
2. Knowledge of manufacturing/production environments.
