We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Lettings Administrator to join our friendly team in Nottingham. This is a part-time position, ideal for someone who is looking for work on Fridays and Saturdays, with a passion for customer service and a strong administrative background.

Key Responsibilities:
* Handling enquiries from potential tenants and landlords
* Managing property listings and updating databases
* Assisting with tenancy agreements and other relevant paperwork
* Organising and coordinating property viewings
* Providing administrative support to the lettings team
* Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
* Assisting with the smooth running of the office and office systems
Key Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably within the lettings or property industry
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Attention to detail and ability to multitask
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and property management software (training can be provided)
* A customer-focused attitude with the ability to work well under pressure
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
