We are looking to attract a talented Head of Commercial Lending with the passion and desire to shape the Society’s commercial lending business to successfully achieve the Society’s strategic objectives within the commercial property lending sector. The ideal candidate will be proactive, have strong analytical skills and a solid experience gain within the commercial lending sector. As the Head of Commercial Lending you will play a vital role in defining and executing the strategy to delivery the overall Society business goals. You will manage both internal and external relationships and have the responsibility of being a member at our Commercial Lending panel and Mortgage Lending Risk Committee. You should be passionate and motivated to deliver great customer outcomes both internally and externally. In addition to this you will need a comprehensive awareness and understanding of regulatory and legal requirements from this sector. Finally, this is a knowledge-based role, so you’ll need to be someone who understands Commercial property lending, both investment and development.
