Real Recruitment are working with our client to recruit a proactive Business Support Coordinator / Administrator to support their structural design engineers' team and finance team with administration and sales support. This role is office based in Bristol (BS4), on a full-time, permanent basis
Full Driving Licence R equired - S ome occasional travel to other offices will be required
SALARY : Circa £30,000 per annum DOE + Benefits

As a Business Support Coordinator you will support and partner with a number of teams and stakeholders within the business to deliver effective and proactive business administration support .
Manag e company A ccreditations & Pre-qualification Questionnaires
Own g eneral admin duties such as data entry, procurement and collecting data
Supporting both the Managing Director & Finance Manager with the creation of reports
Managing the flow of information throughout the year required for the annual Research & Development Tax Relief
Distribution of quotations & Tenders through various portals
Building and maintaining relationships with key external customers, enhancing the services you provide to them
Travel Arrangements
WORKING HOURS: 40 hours per week | Monday to Friday 8.30am - 5.30pm
