National Operations Manager - Luxury Workplace Catering
Covering Milton Keynes, Northampton, Reading, Slough & Crewe
Up to £60,000 per annum (DOE) + Benefits Package

The Role:
1. Oversee 7 sites, ensuring seamless food service delivery & hospitality
2. Lead contract compliance, performance reviews & strategic growth
3. Build & nurture client relationships, driving innovation & cost efficiency
4. Ensure health, safety & environmental standards are met
5. Develop & motivate teams, ensuring succession planning is in place
6. Support sales & retention strategies for contract growth
About You:
1. 3+ years of multi-site contract management in catering
2. Strong financial acumen & ability to drive sales
3. Proven experience working within brand guidelines
4. Excellent leadership & change management skills
5. Full UK driving licence required with regular travel required
Desirable: A culinary background is a plus!
