Our client, a national leader in the retail sector are looking for a finance administrator to join their team at Carlisle Head Office. In this role you will oversee the day-to-day purchase order and order confirmation/ supply chain orders.
Job responsibilities
* Enter purchase orders on the system and amending Purchase orders for revision of delivery dates etc. on the system.
* Dealing with day to day purchase/ hire order numbers.
* Keep spreadsheet of purchase order values up to date for all main vendors.
* Issue confirmation of order placements to suppliers.
* Communication and provision of supply chain visibility through verbal and written communication.
* Management of relevant critical path stages ensuring the system is kept up to date.
Ideal Candidate Requirements
* Experience within a similar role, purchase order/ administration would be beneficial.
* Drive for progression, this role will look to develop the successful candidate.
* High degree of punctuality, ensuring all details are organised and updated regularly.
