Responsibilities:
* Provide KS3 English and Maths tutoring to students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
* Deliver outreach tutoring sessions in a supportive and engaging manner.
* Develop tailored learning plans to meet individual student needs and goals.
* Assess student progress and provide feedback to students and their families.
* Collaborate with school staff and other professionals to support student learning and well-being.
Minimum Qualifications:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
* Experience working with students with SEMH needs.
* Strong knowledge of KS3 English and Maths curriculum.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Education or related field.
* Minimum of 2 years of teaching experience.
* Demonstrated expertise in supporting students with SEMH needs.
* Ability to create engaging and effective learning resources.
Additional Skills:
* Postgraduate qualification in Special Educational Needs (SEN) or related field.
* Experience in delivering outreach tutoring or support services.
* Familiarity with behaviour management strategies for students with SEMH needs.
Working Conditions:
* Part-Time hours, flexible schedule.
* Work primarily in student homes.
* Collaborate with school staff and external professionals.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
