Come and join our team We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (IT) to join us on a 12 month fixed-term contract to drive critical IT change projects within our Customer and Member area.You will play a pivotal role in leading key workstreams, including the development of our new East of England Co-op website, transitioning Member Share Accounts to Oracle NetSuite, and supporting the rebuild and optimisation of MS Dynamics CRM. What you’ll be doing Lead IT change projects, building strong relationships and managing communication with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Develop, own, and maintain project plans, ensuring schedule, scope, and quality are controlled. Manage project budgets, resources, and risks, ensuring robust mitigation plans are in place. Produce and maintain essential project documentation, including Proposals, Feasibility Studies, Stage Plans, and Closure Reports. Track and document project risks, ensuring ownership and mitigation actions are clearly defined. Manage changes in project scope, leading impact assessments and documentation of any such changes. Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to an exceptional standard of quality. Maintain focus on delivering quantifiable benefits through technology adoption and exploitation. The person we are looking for We are looking for someone with proven experience in managing multiple IT projects within a matrixed team environment. You will bring: Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities. A results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving tangible outcomes. Experience working across the system lifecycle and with emerging technologies. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels.
