The Role
We are looking to appoint an Attendance and Education Welfare Manager to lead our Attendance Team. The successful candidate will work with the Senior Leadership Team, students, parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to promote and raise attendance in accordance with legislation, policies, and procedures. Responsibilities include monitoring and reporting on whole-school attendance data, analyzing data to identify key areas of concern, reducing persistent absenteeism and lateness, and developing strategies, policies, and practices aimed at improving attendance and well-being.

Qualifications
Essential:
