Legal Assistant/Will Writer

We're working with a well-respected multi-service law firm who are looking for a Legal Assistant/Will Writer to join their Private Client department in their Milton Keynes office. You will have experience providing excellent client care and drafting wills and declarations of trust.
Responsibilities include:
* Manage client cases from initial instruction to completion under supervision.
* Communicate with clients both in person and over the phone.
* Draft Wills and Residential Declarations of Trust.
* Attend external appointments as required.
* Report to and follow instructions from the Head of Department.
* Identify opportunities for cross-selling and contribute to business development, including attending networking events where applicable.
* Participate in relevant training courses to enhance knowledge and skills.
* Ensure compliance with the firm’s regulatory and legal obligations.
What we need from you:
* Demonstrated expertise in drafting Wills and Declarations of Trust.
* Strong client care skills with experience communicating with clients both over the phone and in person.
* Adaptable and willing to support colleagues as needed.
