Job Title: Float Client Care Assistant (Veterinary Receptionist) Salary: £27,300 per annum Location: Village Vet practices, London- Covering Ealing, St. Johns Wood, Primrose Hill, Maida Vale and Highgate Job Type: Permanent, Full-time Hours: 42 hour week- 1 in 6 Saturday mornings. An opportunity has arisen to join our team at our London team as a Float Client Care Assistant. You will be covering a number of practices in our London region and responsible for ensuring both our clients and patients receive a professional five-star service throughout their time with us. This role is fast-paced, friendly and fun with no working day the same. Your role and responsibilities The duties will involve, but are not limited to: - Welcoming clients and their pets in a warm, professional manner. - Weighing pets. - Managing the diary; booking in appointments and surgical procedures. - Answering a range of client questions via email and telephone. - Pro-active communication between clients and colleagues to ensure the day runs smoothly. - Administration duties e.g. scanning paperwork, filling in forms etc. - Processing prescription requests. - Taking payments. - Promoting offers and services. - Ensuring that reception is clean and well-stocked. - Covering sites for annual leave and sickness Required Experience - Must have Client facing/Client Care experience - Must be confident, committed, and able to work well under pressure with exceptional organisational skills.
