We are currently looking for a part-time (32 Hour) maintenance officer to work on our portfolio of supported accommodation properties within North East Lincolnshire.
The main responsibilities include:
To be a Key member of the Property Management Team
To provide an efficient and effective Maintenance Service to North East Lincolnshire’s Chrysalis portfolio
To ensure that all properties within the portfolio inclusive of offices meet the required Housing Health Safety Rating System standards
To ensure void properties are scheduled and repaired to an agreed standard and available for re-letting within target times in liaison with colleagues/suppliers
To provide a high-quality service, ensuring outstanding customer service and service delivery by acting as an ambassador for Humbercare
The successful candidate must:
Have a suitable qualification in Building Maintenance or a minimum of two years relevant experience
Be computer literate with good working knowledge of Property Management Software, Microsoft Office and applications
Have good experience of building maintenance, Multi TradeDIY, including decorating
Have knowledge of the basic principles of property management
Have an understanding of the importance of health and safety legislation
Have a full driving licence and access to own transport
