Job Responsibilities Serve as "technical expert" for venue operations and directors concerning repair and maintenance needs and equipment replacement decisions by providing the necessary direction or ownership as required for resolution. (25%) Develop strong relationships with NDO’s by providing ongoing updates on venue operation standards, projects, vendor performance, financial support and education and attend meetings presenting information relative to these topics. (10%) Act as the liaison between Facilities and Operations leadership regarding facilities related initiatives and project management for scheduled R&M and assigned Capex projects. (15%) Ensure all scheduled services are executed and aligned with venue requirements (HVAC/refrigeration, exhaust hood cleaning, fire suppression systems, grease trap maintenance, etc.). (5%) Ensure that proper financial controls are in place and are used for competitive bidding, Capex submission, and work justification. Monitor spending of R&M and FF&E budgets. (10%) Conduct Venue audits and inspections within a specific geographic region to ensure Topgolf standards are maintained and corrective action plans are executed. (25%) Qualify & monitor regional contractor/vendor base that supports Venue operations. (5%) Education of Facilities and Maintenance teams through coaching and providing technical R&M Modules including partnerships with national vendors. (5%) Critical Skills & Experience Requirements HS Diploma (No preferred education) 5 years of Topgolf experience in a Facilities leadership role (Required) 5 years of Facilities management concepts and models, including demonstrable knowledge of skilled trades related experience (Required) Working knowledge of Facilities, Construction practices, Service Models, Finance, and Operations Computer literate – Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Adobe Pro Ability to train and teach through hands-on and classroom instruction settings Embodies Topgolf professionalism, values, and principles in words and actions and effectively demonstrates the behaviors. Communicates clearly and effectively inside and outside of the organization in both written and verbal form. Develops rapport with others by sharing information and using good listening skills.
