Conduct comprehensive financial reviews, evaluate commercial partnerships, identify trends, risks, and opportunities to support decision-making and enhance financial performance of the club. Work closely with the commercial team to evaluate revenue streams, sponsorship agreements, and commercial partnerships, and develop robust business cases for major capital projects.
3. Stakeholder & Compliance Management – Ensure regulatory compliance (including UEFA Financial Fair Play and EFL requirements), maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and uphold the Club’s commitment to financial transparency.
4. Team Leadership – Develop a high-performing finance team, fostering a collaborative and results-driven culture that aligns with the Club’s vision and values.
