Operations Executive
Location: Northwest (Lancashire/North Manchester – Homebased/Remote with Travel)
Salary: £25,500 per year + Quarterly Bonus (OTE £28,500)
Hours: 40 hours per week (Monday – Friday, flexible between 8 am – 6 pm)
Holidays: 25 days + bank holidays + your birthday off

What You’ll Be Doing:
As an Operations Executive, you will play a crucial role in supporting their General Manager in running seamless operations. You’ll be involved in a variety of administrative, business support, and operational tasks that keep their business moving efficiently.
Responsibilities include:
5. Client Liaison – Booking calls, following up on invoices, and providing updates.
6. Order Management – Placing online orders in line with install dates.
7. Project Coordination – Creating floor plans, inspection templates, and inventory checks.
8. Quality Control – Reviewing install reports and following up on snags.
9. CRM & Sales Progression – Keeping records up to date and following up with partnership leads.
10. Marketing & Socials – Ensuring website and social media platforms reflect their latest work.
