Responsibilities of this Legal Secretary role include:
* Handling, managing and maintaining legal paperwork
* Maintain accurate records and data, both electronically and in hard copy
* Carry out legal research, audits and due diligence, as requested
* Prepare court documents with accuracy
* Transcribe legal documents precisely
* Travel, as requested, to ensure client and team coordination
Requirements for the role:
* Experience working as a Legal Secretary
* High proficiency in legal secretary duties
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Excellent IT and typing skills
* Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage personal workload
