Accounts Assistant - Moreton-in-Marsh

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant to join our finance team and contribute to our continued success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
* Completing retail sales to cash reconciliations
* Bank reconciliations
* Assist with maintaining the fixed asset register
* Assist with a variety of finance duties including maintaining purchase and sales ledgers
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* Maintenance of data in the finance system
* Month end procedures
* Ad-hoc duties and any project work as required for the smooth running of the department.
SKILLS YOU WILL BRING
* Previous experience in an accounts or finance role is preferred.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and accounting software
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent organisational and time management skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
