ABOUT THE ROLE We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Accounts Assistant to join our finance team and contribute to our continued success. RESPONSIBILITIES Completing retail sales to cash reconciliations Bank reconciliations Assist with maintaining the fixed asset register Assist with a variety of finance duties including maintaining purchase and sales ledgers Supplier statement reconciliations Maintenance of data in the finance system Month end procedures Ad-hoc duties and any project work as required for the smooth running of the department. SKILLS YOU WILL BRING Previous experience in an accounts or finance role is preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel) and accounting software Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent organisational and time management skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
