Job Description
3. Oversee the sales performance in the proactive health division in Dhaka.
4. Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders - majorly in the pharma and nutraceutical space.
5. Identify potential sales opportunities and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
6. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement sales campaigns.
7. Present sales reports and forecasts to the management.
8. Ensure alignment with the company's sales policies and practices.
9. Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team for optimal performance.
10. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sales Manager should have:
11. A minimum of 9 years of overall experience in the pharma/nutraceutical industry.
12. The candidate should have had a good exposure of the pharma market in Bangladesh
13. S/he should have an extensive experience in the business development domain
14. S/he should be capable of brand development and have marketing skills as well
15. The candidate should have some understanding of the government regulations in this space too
