Key Responsibilities Deliver engaging one-to-one or small group tuition in Maths or English, adapting lessons to meet the specific needs of SEN students. Build strong, positive relationships with students to foster confidence, resilience, and a love for learning. Monitor and report on student progress to parents, guardians, and other stakeholders as required. Support students in developing both academic abilities and essential life skills in a nurturing and supportive environment. Requirements Minimum 1 year of experience working with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Experience teaching or tutoring Maths or English. Right to work in the UK. Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undertake one). A genuine passion for working with children with SEN and helping them succeed. Desired Qualities PGCE in a core subject (Maths, English, or Science) and/or QTS status. SEN qualification or relevant training. Strong communication and organizational skills.
