As a Resales Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting our Central Sales Property Team, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for selling properties. Your efforts will directly contribute to delivering key business performance targets and providing excellent service to both buyers and sellers.
We are looking for a detail-oriented administrator with strong organisational skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Ideally, you will have estate agency or property experience (though this is not essential), along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and database administration.
As a flexible and adaptable team player, you will be confident under pressure, managing multiple tasks efficiently. Strong communication skills are key, as you will be liaising with various stakeholders to ensure a smooth and professional resales process.

What You Will Do:
You will work with the Commercial team and in particular the Central Sales Property Team to support the delivery of key business performance targets in order to meet wider business objectives. The Resales Administrator will also support with any duties relating to the administrative duties of the Central Sales team – including (but not exclusive to) assisting the Property Consultants with the production of property particulars and associated correspondence for each property McCarthy Stone is instructed to sell and general administrative tasks.
* Managing key administrative tasks, ensuring accuracy and compliance with AML procedures
* Assisting Property Consultants in producing engaging property particulars
* Handling buyer and seller identity checks and ensuring all agreements are in place
* Coordinating viewings and keeping records up to date on required systems
* Managing Resales Enquiry and Administration inboxes efficiently
* Supporting sales teams with their queries and ensuring seamless processes
* Organising office essentials and raising purchase orders
