Site Manager - Repairs Contract at Warwick University
We are seeking a Site Manager for a repairs contract at Warwick University. This role involves managing a team of Subcontractors and Direct Labour Teams, overseeing day-to-day, planned, and emergency repairs across the campus.
Responsibilities include:
1. Appraising RAMS
2. Arranging and completing inductions
3. Carrying out weekly inspections
4. Managing Direct and Subcontractor labour
5. Reporting back to the contract manager
Candidate requirements:
1. Holds a valid SMSTS certification
2. Holds First Aid Awareness
3. Holds Man Handling, Working at Heights, and Asbestos Awareness (can be completed online)
4. Experience working on Education and University contracts
Benefits:
