They are looking for a French-speaking Customer Support Advisor to join their close-knit, friendly team permanently. The ideal candidate will possess previous experience in a customer service position and must speak fluent French. Key Responsibilities
1. Serve as the first point of contact for customer queries (account registration, order placement, technical support, complaints).
2. Provide customer support via online chat, ensuring timely responses in line with service level agreements (SLAs).
3. Build rapport with customers, identifying needs and upselling opportunities.
4. Manage customer accounts, assist with orders, and bookings, and provide guidance on using the company’s platform.
5. Collaborate with sales to update customer details and support lead generation.
