About the opportunity: Finance Administrator
* Prepare sales invoices
* Reconciliation of accounts and transactions in Xero
* Payment reporting / chasing
* Administration of bookings

If you have the below attributes, we want to hear from you
* Minimum 1 year requirement in an accounts role
* Experience working with Xero preferred
* Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Proficient in digital tools and CRM systems
* A professional and engaging telephone manner
* Creativity, flexibility, and a positive can-do attitude
* Self-motivated and ambitious, with a team-oriented approach
* A passion for golf and sport is a plus
Candidates should have work experience in accounts, managing payables and receivables and be confident of working with cloud-based accountancy software among other tasks. As a vital cog in our guest journey, you will work closely with our Finance Officer to support the sales and operations teams, ensuring the financial administration of our bookings is meticulously managed. You’ll also collaborate with operations personnel, Product, and Guest Services teams to maintain seamless coordination and exceptional service. Additionally, you will work with senior management and our outsourced accountants on financial reporting, where attention to detail is essential in delivering accurate and timely insights.
