The role will assist in the development of sound management information practices, including the collation, analysis and evaluation of student, staff, financial and space data to support the Business Schools strategic and academic planning and performance management processes. The post holder will also contribute to wider areas of the departments administrative support. - ABOUT YOU - - Degree qualification or equivalent or can demonstrate comprehensive knowledge, understanding and experience of relevant policies and procedures as well as an appreciation of wider University and HE issues. - Good standard of numeracy and literacy, and analytical skills as demonstrated either by qualifications at GCSE Grade C or above/equivalent, or by work-related activities and experience. - Experience in planning and managing key operational functions and administrative systems and processes including the development of procedures to meet quality assurance and control mechanisms and the supervision of staff.
