Role Overview
As the Assistant General Manager, you will work in close partnership with the leadership team to oversee the operational success of the venue and inspire a dedicated, high-performing team. In this role, you will lead by example, delivering and guiding exceptional customer experiences throughout the entire customer journey. By fostering a culture of commitment, inclusivity, and excellence, you will empower your team to exceed service standards, uphold company values, and ensure an engaging and memorable experience for all visitors.

1. Foster and model a positive culture that aligns with the company’s core values.
2. Take full ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs), using financial and feedback data to drive the site’s success and overall financial performance.
3. Maintain outstanding standards in customer engagement, service, and on-site activities, ensuring every customer interaction is memorable.
4. Manage cost controls, staffing levels, and purchasing efficiencies to maximize the location's profitability.
5. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations, passing all related audits consistently.
6. Oversee food and beverage operations to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards, achieving audit requirements.
7. Promote and manage events, ensuring they are effectively advertised and reach booking targets.
